The Law Office of Eric Allmendinger is focused in the area of family law, including divorce, allocation of parental rights, child support, spousal maintenance, non-contested proceedings, and estate planning. Mr. Allmendinger also handles select corporate and business matters for individuals and small businesses. Mr. Allmendinger is a graduate of Regis University with a degree in Business Administration. He earned his Juris Doctorate from The University of Colorado School of Law in 2005. Mr. Allmendinger started his legal career in the District Attorney's Office. Interning at the Denver District Attorney's Office throughout law school, Mr. Allmendinger focused his attention on Juvenile Delinquency cases and Economic Crimes. On graduation from law school he worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Northeastern Colorado where he focused on prosecuting DUI and Domestic Violence cases. Prior to embarking on a legal career Mr. Allmendinger worked as an investment specialist with Janus Mutual Funds. Mr. Allmendinger is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and is a member of the American Bar Association, Colorado Bar Association, and Douglas County Bar Association. He is also actively involved with the Parker Teen Court program and the Colorado High School Mock Trial program. He also volunteers as an attorney with Metro Volunteer Lawyers in Douglas County and as a mediator with Denver's Court Annexed Mediation Project (CAMP). |
